Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

• Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan): 3-5 business days

• International Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

• Express Shipping Options: Available at checkout (3-7 business days internationally)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

4. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, you, the customer, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Al Huda Jewels has no control over these charges.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
