Refund Policy
1. Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at alhudajewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alhudajewels@gmail.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
